§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 112.01 through 112.10 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of up to $100. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which an offense occurs or continues. (‘73 Code, § 711.99) (Ord. 24-76, passed 10-13-76; Am. Ord. 49-89, passed 1-24-90)
   (B)   In addition to the revocation of license provisions in § 112.28, whoever violates any of the provisions of §§ 112.25 through 112.31 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree carrying a maximum penalty of 60 days imprisonment or a $500 fine or both.    (C)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 112.50 through 112.59 shall be fined not more than $250. Whoever violates any rule of the City Manager established under this chapter shall be fined not more than $100 and may, in addition, have his license revoked.
