§ 112.70 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   GAME. Any game played by persons by any means whatsoever.
   RENTAL. Any charge made for the use of any table of any description, or by whatever means such charge is made.
