(A) A person who has been refused a coin-operated musical device license or whose license has been revoked, may appeal in writing to Council within ten days after the date of mailing of the notice of denial or revocation. Council may consider such appeal in whatever manner it may determine and its decision thereon shall be final.
(B) The written appeal shall be filed with the Clerk of Council.
