§ 112.25 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COIN-OPERATED AMUSEMENT DEVICE. Any coin-operated machine, device or instrument (also called “devices” herein) which upon the insertion of a coin, currency, token, slug or payment of a fee, operates or may be operated for use as a game, contest of skill, or amusement of any description, or which may be used for any such game, contest or amusement, and which contains no automatic payoff device for the return of slugs, money, coins, checks, tokens, merchandise or anything of value, or which contains no automatic payoff device by the operation of which the player may win at uncertain intervals, a free game, a free play or any other additional amusement. This definition does not include merchandise vending machines.
   EXHIBITOR. Any person (person includes, corporations, businesses, partnerships, associations or other business entities whether or not it is in operation for the purpose of profit or not for profit) contracting or permitting any coin-operated amusement device to be installed, operated or displayed or any person operating an amusement arcade or game room.
   GAME ROOM or AMUSEMENT ARCADE. Any place of business within a building or any part of a building having more than three coin-operated amusement devices.
