(a) The structure shall be constructed so as to allow sufficient ventilation to prevent the accumulation of offensive odors and to allow sufficient ease of access to permit entry and cleaning thereof.
(b) The name, address and telephone number of the owner or supplier of the trash container shall be affixed to each trash container in legible form.
(c) The aforesaid application for permit is subject to approval by the Building Department. (Ord. 79-58. Passed 5-15-78.)
