§ 111.01 PERMIT.

   Any person(s) wishing to establish a horse drawn carriage service in the town shall be required to petition the town for permission to operate such a service. If the town determines that the person(s) seeking said permit are suitable to receive said permit, the town shall issue the permit under the terms and conditions set forth in this chapter. The permit is not transferable or assignable without the express written consent of the Town Council.

§ 111.02 TERM.

   Any permit issued under this chapter shall be for a one-year period, and may be renewed annually by the permit holder, at the sole discretion of the Town Council.
