§ 111.03 WARRANTIES OF PERMIT HOLDER.
   The permit holder shall do the following:
   (A)   Notify the County Tourism Office and the County Historical Society of its hours of operation at least one month in advance;
   (B)   Properly train its personnel and maintain high standards of quality in appearance, service, and safety and provide and use a horse diaper/manure bag;
   (C)   Maintain liability insurance for all operations of the carriage service;
   (D)   Add the town as an insured to any policy of liability insurance carried for the purpose of insuring the carriage operation(s);
   (E)   Obtain any licenses and permits required by state law;
   (F)   Provide veterinarian certification regarding the health of horses used in the carriage operation when requested by the town; and
   (G)   Provide the town with a copy of any certificate of insurance covering the carriage operation(s). Failure to provide insurance verification will result in immediate, automatic cancellation of the permit.
