§ 111.06 TERMINATION.
   The permit will automatically terminate should any of the following occur:
   (A)   Failure by the permit holder to meet any requirement of this chapter;
   (B)   Failure to maintain adequate insurance coverage; or
   (C)   Failure to provide carriage service in a manner acceptable to the Town Council.
