§ 111.05 INDEMNIFICATION.
   The permit holder shall hold the town harmless from any claims, demands, liabilities, actions, suits, or proceedings asserted or claimed by third parties and arising out of the operations of the permit holder, and agrees that by receiving a permit to operate a carriage service they are obligated to undertake the cost of defending any such claim.
