§ 111.04 INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR.
   The permit holder shall, at all times, be an independent contractor and not an agent of the town. The town assumes no liability for the operations or actions of the permit holder. The permit holder shall not incur any obligations or otherwise bind the town by any representations or warranties, and shall not represent to anyone that he or she has such authority.
