CHAPTER 240

   EDITOR'S NOTE: Resolution 91-R-27, passed November 4, 1991, adopted an Emergency Operation Plan (EOP) for the City. The purpose of the EOP is to provide the City with a predetermined method for dealing with the threat of occurrence of an emergency or disaster. Copies of this resolution and of such Plan may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
   The City enters into Collective Bargaining Agreements with the Vandalia Police Chapter of Ohio Council 8, Dayton Public Service Union, Local 101, AFSCME, and with the Vandalia Professional Firefighters Association, Local 3519, IAFF. Such Agreements provide for compensation, benefits and other incidents of employment. Copies of the latest relevant legislation, and of such Agreements, may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
   The City enters into agreements from time to time with the Regional Emergency Response Team (R.E.R.T.) for the purpose of responding to incidents requiring special weapons, tactics, negotiations or operations. Copies of the latest relevant legislation may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
