CHAPTER 911
Sewer Charges
   EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 35-1964, passed April 28, 1964, establishes sewer tap-in fees into the Cannon Road sanitary sewer improvement project. Ordinance 49-1965, passed October 12, 1965, establishes special sewer tap-in and use fees for lands abounding and abutting Improvement Project "64". Ordinance 26-1966, passed March 22, 1966, authorizes the Mayor to collect the fees provided for in Ordinance 49-1965 on a deferred installment basis.
   Ordinance 59-1966, passed September 27, 1966, amends Ordinance 49-1965 by providing for tap-in and use fees for open acreages benefited from the prior construction of trunk improvements.
