Each sewer charge levied pursuant to this chapter is designated as a lien upon premises so charged and shall be payable quarterly. Any charge not paid by the date due shall be considered delinquent and shall be certified annually in September to the Auditor of Summit County who shall place the same on the tax duplicate with the interest and penalties as allowed by law. The lien shall be collected as other municipal taxes are collected.
