Items such as wood chips, firewood logs, wood rounds, logs, mulch, etc. shall be available for sale at the Forestry facility at prices to be established by the Commissioner of Forestry and Urban Beautification after written approval by the Mayor. Prices shall be established competitively and reflect local market conditions. All prices shall be posted. Times that the facility will be open to the public shall be determined by the Commissioner of Urban Beautification and Forestry in consultation with the Director of Public Services and may be periodically adjusted to meet the needs of the public.
All revenues from the sale of woodchips, firewood, logs and other by-products shall be deposited in a Toledo Urban Forestry Commission Trust Fund Account.
