4-401: DEFINITIONS:
COMMERCIAL KENNEL: Any dog breeder or dealer located within the City limits of Stroud who possesses six (6) or more intact male and/or female animals for the use of breeding or dealing in animals for direct or indirect sale or for exchange in return for consideration.
SHELTER/FOSTER KENNEL: Any shelter for the sole purpose of saving dogs' lives and adopting them out. (Ord. 307, 7-9-2015)
