4-112: STRUCTURES TO BE KEPT CLEAN:
Every structure, pen, lot or place wherein an animal is kept or permitted to be shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, devoid of rodents and vermin and free from objectionable odors. (Ord. 307, 7-9-2015)
