A. All firefighters making a fire run will report back to the fire station and sign the register there for that purpose and all firefighters are to help service the fire equipment in readiness for the next run;
B. Any member not responding to at least thirty five percent (35%) of the paged fire runs will be subject to dismissal from the department. The thirty five percent (35%) will be based on the department's calendar year, which starts on November 1 and ends on October 31.
C. These bylaws shall be considered amended to comply with any amendment to any statute or law hereinafter enacted. (Ord. 199, 1-13-2005)
