13-224: SECRETARY-TREASURER:
One member elected by the members of the fire department shall be a secretary-treasurer. His duties shall consist of the following:
   A.   Calling the roll at the opening of each meeting;
   B.   Keeping the minutes of each meeting;
   C.   Collecting any money due the department by the members. (2000 Code § 13-224)
