3-141: NOT TO PERMIT INTOXICATION IN CAFE:

No person operating a cafe, restaurant, club, or any place of recreation within this city, and no employee engaged in connection with the operation of such a cafe, restaurant, club or place of recreation shall permit any person to be drunk or intoxicated in the place of business. (2000 Code § 3-141)
