3-134: NOT TO EMPLOY PERSON UNDER TWENTY ONE:

No person shall employ or assist or aid in causing the employment of any person under the age of twenty one (21) years of age at any place within this city, in the selling, manufacture, distribution or other handling of alcoholic beverages. (2000 Code § 3-134)
