3-104: COMPLIANCE; APPLICATION AND ISSUANCE:
   A.   It shall be the responsibility of the city clerk to issue certificates of compliance with the municipal zoning ordinances and health, safety and fire codes as required by Title 37A of the Oklahoma Statutes. Applicants shall furnish to the office of the city clerk such information as the city may require together with a bond, surety, cash, or other negotiable instrument sufficient to satisfy the occupational tax imposed by this chapter. Said bond, surety, cash, or other negotiable instrument shall be payable to the City of Stroud at such time as the applicant is licensed by the ABLE Commission.
   B.   An applicant's proposed location and use thereof shall be in conformance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma and with the ordinances of the City of Stroud and shall pass all necessary health, safety and fire code inspections or no certificate of compliance shall issue. The city clerk shall act with regard to the issuance or refusal of said certificates of compliance within twenty (20) days after the receipt of an application therefor. (2000 Code § 3-104; amd.
