3-103: TERM OF LICENSE; PAYMENT OF FEE:
   A.   All licenses issued pursuant to this article shall expire on June 30 of the year for which it was issued. The tax hereby levied shall be paid no later than the first day of July following the issuance or renewal of a liquor license by the State of Oklahoma.
   B.   The cost of a license of any type or class applied for during the fiscal year shall be a pro rata part of the cost of the yearly license; provided that the cost of the license shall be computed on a monthly basis. Licenses issued on or after the fifteenth day of any month shall be charged for on the basis of the first day of the next month.
   C.   Failure to timely pay to the city any initial or renewal occupation tax as required hereunder shall constitute a municipal offense, the penalty for which upon conviction shall be punished in accordance with the City of Stroud Code. Each day in which such tax remains due and unpaid shall constitute a distinct and separate offense. (2000 Code § 3-103; amd. Ord. 225, 3-10-2008; Ord. 341, 3-14- 2019)
