A. No person shall fish in the lake at Foster Park except with a hook and line with plugs, artificial bait, minnows, flies or similar devices. No trotline, seine, minnow seine, gun, trap or any kind of snare shall be used to take fish from such waters. No person shall take or attempt to take fish from such waters by means of a net, trotline, seine, trap, gun or any explosive, poison, chemical or other substance placed therein.
B. This section is made applicable as it pertains to any type of fishing at Foster Park. Any violation of this section shall subject the offender to a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per occurrence. (Ord. 335, 10-30-2017)
