A. Access to vendor stalls shall be on a first come first serve basis. Stalls shall not be reserved or for permanent use of any vendor;
B. Hours of operation shall be from sunup to sundown three hundred sixty five (365) days per year;
C. Vendor access may be subject to other existing City functions as from time-to-time scheduled;
D. Each vendor shall be responsible for cleanup of stalls used. Should the market manager determine that a vendor has failed to maintain, clean up or caused damage to the existing farmer's market additional requirements or restrictions may be placed on that vendor or access may be denied;
E. The sale of wine on the subject property shall be subject to existing or amended State and/or ABLE Commission requirements. (Ord. 325, 4-13-2017, eff. retroactive to 1-12-2017)
