7-622: EFFECTIVE DATE AND NO TERMINATION DATE:
The provisions of this chapter and the collection of the Excise Tax referenced herein shall become effective on and after July 1, 2017, subject to approval by a majority of the qualified electors of the City voting on the same in the manner prescribed by law. The provisions of this chapter and the collection of the Excise Tax referenced herein shall have no stated termination date. (Ord. 322, 12-8-2016)
