2-202: TIME OF REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE COUNCIL:
The council of the city shall hold a regular meeting at six o'clock (6:00) P.M. on the second Thursday of every month. If such day falls on a holiday, the regular meeting shall be held at that time on the next day which is not a holiday. (Ord. 249, 11-12-2009)
