The city is hereby divided into four (4) wards as follows:
A. Ward No. 1: All that part of the city lying west of the center of 8th Avenue (SH 99); and the NW/4 of 34-15N-6E, less southside addition, and all of the land hereafter brought within the city limits of the city lying west of the centerline of 8th Avenue (SH 99).
B. Ward No. 2: All that part of the city of Stroud lying north of the center of Elm Street and south of the center of 7th Street and east of the center of 8th Avenue (SH 99) and west of the center of 3rd Avenue.
C. Ward No. 3: All that part of the city of Stroud, lying north of the center of the railroad right of way and south of the centerline of 7th Street and east of the centerline of 3rd Avenue and west of the centerline of Harrison Avenue, Poplar Avenue, and North Ford Avenue, as the said avenues now are in existence; also, all that part of the city of Stroud lying north of the centerline of 7th Street and south of the centerline of 10th Street and east of the centerline of 6th Avenue and west of the centerline of Cedar Avenue.
D. Ward No. 4: All that part of the city lying east of 8th Avenue (SH 99), except the following:
1. The property comprising Ward 2 as above described.
2. The property comprising Ward 3 as above described.
3. NW/4 of 34-15N-6E, less southside addition.
but to include all of the land hereafter brought within the city limits of the city lying east of the centerline of 8th Avenue (SH 99). (Ord. 189, 2-13-2003)
