§ 1406.01 CURRENT EDITION ADOPTED.

   Pursuant to R.C. § 731.231, there is hereby adopted by and for the city the Ohio Plumbing Code, the current edition with any and all amendments as adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, being Chapters 4101.3-1 through 4101.3-13 of the Ohio Administrative Code (O.A.C.), save and except such portions thereof as may be hereinafter amended or deleted.

§ 1406.03 APPLICATION.

   The Ohio Plumbing Code, as adopted in § 1406.01, is hereby made expressly applicable to all buildings, structures and occupancies in the city, including nonindustrialized one-, two- and three-family dwellings and their appurtenant and accessory structures and including mercantile, industrial and institutional occupancies.

§ 1406.04 FILE COPIES.

   At least one copy of the Ohio Plumbing Code, as adopted in § 1406.01, is on file with the Chief Building Official for inspection by the public.
