§ 1406.06 MATERIALS.

   Notwithstanding the provisions of the Ohio Plumbing Code, as adopted in § 1406.01, all water distribution and supply piping shall consist of the following:

   (a)   Underground outside of buildings: Type K copper water tube;

   (b)   Underground inside of buildings: Type L copper water tube; and

   (c)   Inside or outside buildings above ground: Type L copper water tube.
