§ 1048.02 WATER FOR SWIMMING POOLS (REPEALED).

§ 1048.03 DISPOSITION OF MONEY.

   The charge shall be collected from the person to whom the water is delivered at the time of delivery, shall be paid into the city treasury and shall be placed in the General Fund.
