§ 51.130 WATER CONSERVATION TOILET REIMBURSEMENT.
   Subject to annual appropriations and procedures established by the city, the city may reimburse residential and nonresidential city water utility customers a portion of the cost of purchase and installation of a replacement of a toilet manufactured before 1992 with a new conservation toilet using no more than one and six-tenths gallons of water per flush pursuant to the schedule below.
