§ 58.001 ESTABLISHMENT.

   A 911 emergency telephone reporting system is hereby established for all of the area within the city.

§ 58.002 DEFINITIONS.

   Terms used in this chapter shall be as defined in SDCL 34-45-1.

§ 58.003 INSTALLATION, OPERATION AND SURCHARGE.

   A monthly 911 system surcharge of $0.75 for each local exchange access line is hereby established, effective January 1, 1993. The surcharge shall be collected by service suppliers and remitted to the Minnehaha County treasurer as required by state law.
