§ 12-4-3 REVIEW OF FINAL PLAT.
   Before a final plat which has been recommended for approval by the Town Council shall be presented to the Town Council, engineering design plans and an improvement assurance, as described in Chs. 1, 3, and 6 of this title shall be reviewed by the Mayor and Town Attorney.
