§ 9-3-1 PURPOSE AND SCOPE.

The purpose of this chapter is to define the minimum standards for underground utility installations and/or repairs for water mains and water services, sewer mains and sewer services, storm sewers, telephone, cable, and electrical lines and oil and gas mains, including pipe installation, backfill and compaction, and pavement repairs within the town owned rights-of-way.
