351.20   PRESCRIBED FINES AND WAIVER.
   (a)   The prescribed fine for a violation of Section 351.03 (except Section 351.03(d)), 351.171, 351.172, 351.174, 351.175 or 351.177 shall be five dollars ($5.00) if paid within three days of the issuance of the parking ticket; and ten dollars ($10.00) if paid after three days of the issuance of the parking ticket.
   (b)    The prescribed fine for violation of Section 351.04, 351.173, 351.03(d) and 351.031 shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
   (c)    Any person charged with a violation of any provision of this chapter for which payment of a prescribed fine may be made, may pay such sum in the manner prescribed on the issued traffic ticket. Such payment shall be deemed a plea of guilty, waiver of court appearance and acknowledgment of conviction of the alleged offense and may be accepted in full satisfaction of the prescribed penalty for such alleged violation. Payment of the prescribed fine need not be accepted when laws prescribed that a certain number of such offense shall require court appearance.
   (d)   Failure to pay a parking ticket issued for violation of this chapter within sixty days after said ticket has been issued is hereby declared to be a minor misdemeanor, punishable as provided in Section 307.01.
