351.174 THIRTY-MINUTE POSTAL PATRON PARKING SPACES.
   (a)   The following parking lot spaces shall be designated as thirty-minute postal patron parking spaces: The first twelve parking spaces within the Ohio Building Parking Lot located on the north side of the Ohio Building, parallel and immediately adjacent to the south property line of the Post Office.
   (b)   No person shall cause, allow or permit a vehicle to occupy a designated thirty-minute postal patron parking space for more than thirty minutes.
   (c)   The thirty-minute limitation shall be effective from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except on New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
   (d)   Enforcement of this section shall be accomplished in accordance with the method set forth in Section 351.171(d).
   (e)   Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, no person shall park in any parking space when otherwise directed by a police officer or fire-fighter or when parking is prohibited by properly posted signs.
