No person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle, whether attended or unattended, in such a way that the vehicle shall not be entirely within the limits of a designated parking space, or place such vehicle in a location outside the designated parking area as indicated by the marked lines, in any City-operated public parking lot or on any street parking space.
