1421.03 EFFECT ON PENDING LITIGATION.

Nothing in this chapter or in the International Building Code or International Residential Code, as adopted in Section 1421.01 , shall be construed to affect any suit or proceeding now pending in any court, or any right acquired, liability incurred or cause of action accrued or existing, under any act or ordinance repealed by this chapter, nor shall any right or remedy of any character be lost, impaired or affected by this chapter.
