248.01   Establishment.
248.02   Receipt and disbursement of funds.

248.01 ESTABLISHMENT.
   There is hereby established within the City a City Organization for Civil Defense to be operated in conformity with the Nebraska Disaster and Civil Defense Act of 1973, as amended. This organization shall be known as the Sidney Civil Defense Agency.

248.02 RECEIPT AND DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS.
   The Clerk-Treasurer shall be responsible for the receipt and disbursement of all civil defense funds, where funds are provided for civil defense purposes.
