115.01 DEFINITION.

The term “cemetery” means the East Lawn Cemetery, which is a municipal cemetery under the provisions of Chapter 523I of the Code of Iowa and which shall be operated under the provisions of Chapter 523I of the Code of Iowa and this chapter.
