115.03 SALE OF LOTS: WARRANTY DEED.

In case of the sale of any of the lots in the cemetery by the Clerk, the Mayor and Clerk shall issue a warranty deed to such lot and shall deliver the same to the purchaser thereof, when payment for such lot is made.
