§ 1280.01 ESTABLISHMENT; PURPOSES.
   The Office Service District is established and designed for business office use and services necessary for and incidental to office operations.

§ 1280.02 PERMITTED USES.
   The following uses shall be permitted in the OS-1 Office Service District:
   (a)   Office buildings and all operations incidental thereto;
   (b)   Printing establishments;
   (c)   Data processing operations;
   (d)   Parking and loading as required by Chapter 1294;
   (e)   All uses permitted in B-1 Neighborhood Business Districts and CD Conservation Districts; and
   (f)   Technical colleges, universities and state institutions of higher education and all operations incidental thereto.

§ 1280.03 AREA AND BULK REQUIREMENTS.
   See § 1266.13 for provisions limiting the height and bulk of buildings, the minimum lot size and the maximum density permitted, and establishing minimum yard setback requirements.
