719.99 PENALTY.

   (a)    Whoever violates Section 719.02 shall be guilty of a first degree misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.

   (b)    Whoever violates any provision of Sections 719.03 to 719.10 inclusive shall be guilty of a third degree misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than sixty days, or both, for the first offense; and shall be guilty of a first degree misdemeanor for any subsequent violation thereof.

   (c)    Conviction of a third offense under this chapter shall result in the permanent loss of any person's secondhand or precious metal dealer's license.
