(a) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of Sections 482.01 through 482.06 and Sections 482.08 through 482.14 shall be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00), except that any person may discharge the penalty under these sections by depositing the notice of violation together with the sum of one dollar ($1.00) within forty-eight hours subsequent to such violation at the main office of the Bureau of Police in the Municipal Building or in any violation receptacle placed upon the off-street parking lots or other convenient places in the City.

(d) Whoever violates or fails to comply with Section 482.14(b)(1) or (2) may discharge his payment by depositing the required payment within forty-eight hours. After forty-eight hours, the payment shall be not less than two dollars ($2.00) nor more than fifteen dollars ($15.00).
(f) Whoever violates Section 482.21 shall be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than fifteen dollars ($15.00).
