482.08 PARKING SPACES AND METERS.

The proper officers of the City shall provide all parking meter zones with appropriate parking spaces and shall erect in such places a parking meter which, upon the deposit of the proper coin, will indicate the duration of the legal parking period and the time when such period elapsed.
