The following sites shall be controlled parking site and shall be in operation daily, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. , except during those periods of time when the same shall be designated for use by the Mayor, at which time the lot shall open at 6:00 a. m. Parking shall be limited to a period of two hours, except after 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, when it shall be unlimited.
(a) Site No. 7 shall be known and designated as the Chestnut Street Site and is described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of Connelly Boulevard and South Railroad Street; bounded on the east by the west line of South Railroad Street in a northerly direction a distance of 294.0 feet; thence westerly along the south line of lands of J. M. Willson a distance of 105.0 feet then continuing westerly a distance of 10.0 feet across an unnamed vacated alley to a point 302.07 feet north of the north line of Connelly Boulevard; thence southerly along the east line of lands of J. M. Willson and Sons, Inc. , and R. Radick a distance of 123.74 feet; thence westerly along the south edge of such lands of R. Radick a distance of 106.67 feet to Chestnut Street; thence southerly along the east line of Chestnut Street a distance of 128.33 feet; thence easterly along the north line of other lands of R. Radick a distance of 129.65 feet; thence southerly a distance of 50.0 feet along the east line of such lands of R. Radick to Connelly Boulevard a distance of 98.87 feet to the point of beginning.
(b) Site No. 8 shall be known and designated as the Water Avenue Site and is described as follows: Beginning at the southeast intersection of West Silver Street and North Water Avenue; thence in an easterly direction along the south line of West Silver Street a distance of 168 feet more or less; thence along the west line of the Shenango River a distance of 201.0 feet more or less; thence in a southerly direction along the west line of Porter Way a distance of 79.0 feet; thence in a westerly direction along the north line of lands of C. K. M. Corporation a distance of 108 feet more or less; thence in a southerly direction along the west line of such lands of C. K. M. Corporation a distance of 123 feet more or less; thence westerly along the north line of a private alley on lands of Stephen Wasilewski and N. Lustig a distance of 48.0 feet; thence westerly an additional 5.0 feet at the southern terminus of a vacated unnamed alley along the east line of lands of S. Leftheris; thence in a northerly direction along the centerline of such vacated unnamed alley a distance of 40.0 feet; thence northerly an additional 4.0 feet at the eastern terminus of an unnamed alley on the north line of such lands of S. Leftheris; thence westerly along the centerline of such vacated unnamed alley a distance of 80 feet more or less to the east line of North Water Avenue; thence in a northerly direction along the east line of North Water Avenue a distance of 250.0 feet to the point at the place of beginning.
