(a) The following sites shall be known and designated as multi-level parking garages and shall be in operation from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
(b) Site No. 9 shall be known and designated as the Multi-Level Garage and is described as follows:
(1) Beginning at the southwest corner of the intersection of Pitt Street and North Railroad Street; being bounded on the east by North Railroad Street a distance of 232.5 feet; thence in a westerly direction along the south line of East Silver Street a distance of 190.33 feet; thence in a southerly direction along the east line of Vine Avenue a distance of 233.0 feet; thence in an easterly direction along the north line of Pitt Street a distance of 158.0 feet to the point at the place of beginning.
(2) It is a five-level garage.
(c) All persons parking their cars in the multi-level garage during the period of free operation shall cause their cars to be removed before 5:00 a.m. each weekday.
(d) Each monthly parker shall register with the Bureau of Traffic and Parking, the registration plate of the car, along with the make of the car. Only registered cars will be permitted to park from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
(e) Any car parked in violation of any provision of this section shall be in violation of this Traffic Code and subject to a citation.
