149.07 VIOLATIONS; PENALTIES.
   (a)   No person with access to sensitive personally identifiable information as defined in Section 149.03, shall purposefully or through negligence, share that personal information with any other city employee or third party.
   (b)   No person with access to sensitive personally identifiable information as defined in Section 149.03, shall purposefully or through negligence access personal information for purposes other than conducting his or her duties in the course of the official business of the City of Seven Hills.
   (c)   It is not a violation of Section 149.07(a) or 149.07(b) of this chapter for any employee or contractor of the City of Seven Hills to access or disclose personal information, when doing so in furtherance of duties of his over her position in conducting the official business of the City of Seven Hills.
   (d)   Violation of this Section 149.07(a) or 149.07(b) is a misdemeanor of the first degree. In addition to any other sanction imposed by the court for a conviction under this section, any person who pleads guilty, no contest or is convicted under this section shall be immediately dismissed from employment or elected office for the City of Seven Hills.
