149.03 SENSITIVE PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION.
   "Sensitive personally identifiable information" includes personally identifiable information that the City of Seven Hills as discretion not to release under Public Records Law, and it also includes "confidential personal information" which the City is restricted or prohibited from releasing under Ohio's Public Records Law. Examples of "sensitive personally identifiable information" that the City keeps includes:
   Social Security numbers
•   Employees' non-city issued email addresses
   A person's financial account numbers and information
•   Medical and health information
   Beneficiary information
•   Fingerprints and other biometric information
   Tax information
•   Driver's license numbers
   Employees voluntary withholdings
•   State ID card numbers (as issued by the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles
   Passwords
•   Confidential personal information and answers
   Employee home addresses and phone
   Numbers
   Security challenge questions
