Any person desiring to secure water from the City water system shall make an application therefor to the Director of Public Works or his designee on an application form to be provided by the City Clerk. The applicant shall give such reasonable information as the Director of Public Works may request. He shall state in the application that he will abide by all ordinances, rules and regulations governing the water system of the City. (2000 Code § 17-203; amd. Ord. 1081, 4-8-2008, eff. 5-8-2008)
